When roasting food (e.g. pork and potatoes) a large cloud of steam is released whenever the oven door is opened. The food is not crispy and brown but looks and tastes stewed. I am thinking that it is my Simpson Supa Nova oven because this has not occurred with other ovens. What could the problem be?
