the unit has been off and unplugged all winter, now when it's plugged in, the hose is connected properly for drainage and the water bucket is securely in place, the power light just continues to flash and nothing happens. I've misplaced my manual but I seem to recall this requires holding two buttons down at the same time for a certain length of time to get it functional again. Am i right? thanks, Ken in Ottawa
