Question About Simplicity Dehumidifier SDR 2507EE

My name is Pat Simard, my e-mail is psimard2@cogeco.ca,since about a week, I notice that barelly any humidity is comming out of my dehumidifier.I remove, vacuum and wash the filter but the results are still the same. Is there a certain side that the filter is suppose to go back to have results? I own a simplicity model SDR 2507EE.
