Question About Simplicity Air Conditioner SAC8017EE
A/c wont work...

I bought a room size simplicity a/c from Walmart last year. unfortunately I dont have the bill and the a/c filled up with water. It worked fine last year but conked out this year. The maintenance guy told me that I have to buy a new one. Do I have any recource - I am a senior on a fixed income.
