My Silvercrest fan heater keeps turning on and off...

My Silvercrest fan heater keeps turning on and off! It has a 3 year warranty but how do I go about claiming it? help please!

0 (for this appliance: SHLF 2000 A1). Please contact our service hotline for guarantee claims and technical matters: 00800/4212 4212 (Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m try this they sent me a new replacement
