SHOP VAC MODEL: 14RT350 SHOP VAC BAG PART NO: 90671 I PURCHASED THE ABOVE ITEMS AND CANNOT USE BECAUSE I CAN'T INSTALL THE BAG PER AS SHOWN PER MANUAL INSTRUCTIONS. CAN YOU CLAIRFIY BAG INSTALLATION WITH THE DEFLECTOR FACING DOWNWARDS. THEN, INSTALL AND SECURE BAG AND DEFLECTOR IN PLACE. THANK YOU! TOM PORTER
