3 Hi Dont know if this will help. Go to Sharp website. www.sharp.net.au Click on support on left handside, then Operation Manuals - dont key in anything just hit submit 7th item down is your model. I tried to download but I am having trouble my PC and downloads. Maybe it will work for you. Worth a try. Goodluck. Lorraine
