This is the third summer I've had the unit. It's worked fine up until now. I've cleaned the filters regularly. The unit cools the air down and the mega cool function does cool the air more than the normal flow. The louvers function properly. The problem is that the air doesn't quite get cool enough to properly cool down the room even when I have the temperature setting turned down to its lowest possible level. All timers are off. I don't know what to do. Do you have any suggestions?
