5 I am trying to help my elderly neighbours work out their sharp split system remote control, as they weren't aware it was cool and heat and have only been using for cool usage. The model isn't listed on your website ( Model is Sharp AY A249J Air split system and remote control details are CRMC-A489JBEO RO3(AAA) 2PCS can you please advise where remote details are available, thanks

5 I was looking for the same remote control. I found the same remote (same buttons / features) on the Sharp AY-AEMO9-18AE-T attached url below. Hope this helps
