I JUST DRAINED THE WATER ON MY PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER, AND WHEN IT TURNED THE UNIT BACK ON ,IT RUNS FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS AND THE POWER TRIP? CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS! THANK YOU!
