How many BTU's does this model have? I bought in 1...

How many BTU's does this model have? I bought in 1995 and have cleaned filter & coils; motor runs but not cooling very well. Am thinking it's cheaper to buy a new one, but don't know how many BTU's to look for. It's done a great job cooling my small house.
