Question About Shark Vacuum Cleaner V1310R5
The beater bar on my Shark Aspirateur (Model # V13...

The beater bar on my Shark Aspirateur (Model # V1310R5) is no longer rotating and it smells like rubber burning. I think the belt came off but I don't know how to access the belt to replace it. Also, is there a part number for the belt so I can order a new one plus a new hand grip (Item #1 on the chart)
