Question About Shark Vacuum Cleaner UV610
sweeper (model V1719N) stopped working...

Sweeper stopped working. When you turn it on the 3 red lights blink and charging the battery doesn't help. I've had it about a year but how do I know if the battery needs replacement or it is some other problem? I think this happened soon after it jammed. But usually it starts again after turning it off and then back on.
