Does the Shark EP621 have a belt? My brush won't roll... Help!!! My owners Manual is somewhere in my storage.... Bed Bath & Beyond in Rogers, AR. are no help!!!!! said they never sold this vacuum in their store.... Funny I bought 2 of these their and also 2 cordless sweepers!!!! Guess they never sold those either.... And yes, I'm contacting their home office and reporting this!!!!
