Is there any way I can get a new charger,why is this so hard to do, nobody has any answers for me

0 Have you tried calling Shark at 1-800-798-7398? They told me parts are available for most of the SV800 modles. And there is also Ebay, but you have to know what type of Shark SV800 you have in order to get the right charger. Hope this helps!
