Question About Shark Vacuum Cleaner None
battery is not lasting...

we charge the vacuum and go to use it and it last for maybe 15 min. then dies...how long is this thing supposed to last and do we have to keep it charging while we are not using it or do we just store it?

0 There are two models of SV800. If you have the VX-63, the battery is removeable. You can buy replacement batteries online that hold a charge much longer than the OEM battery. You can also buy replacement batteries at Shark 1-800-798-7398. After time the batteries need replacement. The replacement batteries for the SV-800 VX-63 model that you can find online (Amazon, Ebay etc) do last longer than the originals. Hope this helps!
