i was given a 1yo never used shark europro, After the first use of sewing only about the length of 2 sheets of cotton regular weight material, (nothing taxing or unusual and a regular straight stitch) it slowed and then stopped. The dial will not advance the needle. It is nto the bobbin area. My old machine I could open to oil but this one does not. Help?
