We purchased two Seville Classic Fans several years ago and they have both stopped working. Since I am an Electroincs engineer I believe I can probably repair them but I would like to work from a manual if possible. I cannot find the models in your website (there was only one model shown under manuals. The two Model numbers are 10177 and 10163, both Stand Fan (Tower Fan) modules. John J.
