Question About Sears Water Heater 153.332050
can't get hot water...

we just moved into a rental house and have a kenmore water heater 153.334350. the polit is on but the burner is not and as a result can't get hot water. What are we doing wrong

0 The main control knob has three positions - OFF, PILOT and ON. Make sure it's in the ON position, and not just PILOT.
