The Lift Master garage door opener won't retract the door (meaning it doesn't work). However, when you push the button or remote the opener sounds like it wants to work (or it is) but the chain isn't moving. Once it cycles through the light flashes I believe twice. I am hoping to get my hands on the manual to find out if their is troubleshooting for this issue. Thanks!
