Our garage door opener stops or fails to open all the way. It doesn't do it every time but some times it is very stuborn. It does not have any gear or binding issues. the spring and cables are in good shape. I have the up pressure set as high as it will go. It really acts like it is binding and stopping the opener but it lift very easily with out the opener. I have obvserved the the travel path several times. with out a manual I am uncertain of any electronic functions I could be over looking.
