Question About Sears Garage Door Opener 13953991SRT
Remotes open the door. Does not work when you want...

Remotes open the door. Does not work when you want to close it, but if you hold the button down in the garage and hold it till the door shuts it closes. Also if you hold the button in the garage and take your finger off it stops and the lights on the unit blink. Freaky stuff, do you know what's wrong?
