re-setting pin...

We need to re-set the pin on the keyless entry pad. We recently purchased the house and do not know the existing pin. Can you help?

0 I can't find the manual, but what I've done is push and hold in, the green button on the back of the motor unit, for about about 5 seconds. Then, within ten (or so) seconds, put in your new 4-digit PIN# and hit ENTER. The keypad lights should flicker. Then hit ENTER again, and (hopefully) your door will open/close properly. Good Luck!
