Question About Sears Garage Door Opener None
keeps opening after it's closed for a period of time...

my door has been found open after we left the house. we made sure it was closed and watched it for a few minutes. there are code numbers on the remote to change ,but i don't have the owners manual to help me.part number of the opener is 41A3625. please help.
