0 Here is how I finally figured out what to do...we bought the house with no instruction manuals and a dead battery in the one remote !! I found instructions on the Craftsman site

0 Although Craftsman (for some reason) doesn't provide an easily accessible manual online, I stumbled upon the link provided. See page 35-36 to reprogram multiple remotes and outside keypad. I suggest using the method where you press buttons on the wall mount (rather than the motor learn button). It was much easier. Now, we have 2 working remotes and the outside key pad works as well.
