Door opener stops after abour 2 feet, then needs to be unplugged to reset the internal brealer. The LED on the unit flashes 5 times, meaning a problem with the RPM sensor ($16) or possibly the logic board ($100). Has anyone ever heard of this problem, and if so, what is the probability that the problem is just the RPM sensor? They really rip you off on the price for the logic board if that is what it turns out to be. For $139 I coud go to sears and buy a new opener. Please advise.
