Came home & remote & keyless entry pad not working to open door (wall mount in garage still works). Unable to re-program remote & keyless entry. I have followed all directions to re-program - still not working. Changing batteries didn't help either. Even had a neighbor with same GDO come over & unable to solve this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
