The double brush rollers don't turn unless you push the vacuum clean. Is there suppose to be a belt that turns the brush rollers. I have taken all the screws out of the vacuum cleaner to try & see but can't figure it out. Help! I don't want to go any futher unless I am sure there is suppose to be a belt for the brush rollers to make it turn automatically. I need advice.Thank you kind sir.
