Question About Sanyo Air Conditioner KHS1222
I've just moved to a house with a Sanyo KHS 1232 A...

I've just moved to a house with a Sanyo KHS 1232 A/C Heat unit. Sometimes the unit kicks off at the right temperature, but sometimes it keeps cooling when the remote control indicates that room temperature is 2-4 degrees below the temp set on the remote . . . any suggestions?
