I HAVE A SANYO INVERTER-CONTROLLED SPLIT SYSTEM A/C AND HEAT UNIT. NOT SURE IF IT IS A KSH1872 OR A KSH2472 BUT I CANNOT GET IT TO GO INTO THE HEAT CYCLE. THE TEMP. DISPLAY ON THE REMOTE UNIT IS READING 94 DEGREES. WILL THIS CAUSE THE UNIT NOT TO HEAT? THE ROOM WHERE THE UNIT IS LOCATED IS 58 DEGREES. MY REMOTE CONTROL UNIT IS RCS-4HVPIS4U. PLEASE ADVISE.
