can't get sanyo ch0921 to operate. found and repai...

can't get sanyo ch0921 to operate. found and repaired a leak in system. no response from unit. no leds laminate. troubleshooting guide suggests a tripped leakage breaker. can't seem to locate in the schematic i have. any suggestions???
