My air condition never shuts off even the switch is on off its still going on.And One air condition even if its on heat or fan compressor kicks off.and one air condition even i put on cool only heat runs all the time.So one i can use in winter in which the heat will keep on going if we need to shutt off than we have to unplug.The second one i can use in summer in which also air keep on going no matter which setting you put on.and again if you want to shut that one off your just have to unplug.
