1 i had the same problem,open the back panel of the monitor.there are 2 adjusting knobs on a black module,bottom left after opening.adjust both knobs slowley starting with bottom knob

0 The Video Card has gone out , and guess what they have no parts to fix it !!! They sell you the Item , and after I sent mine back twice for that same problem , they no longer have replacement parts ,Nor will they send you a replacement ..EVEN UNDER WARRANTY !!!! CAN YOU SAY PIECE OF JUNK !!!
