Question About Samsung Home Security System None

Dear Mr. I am designer & installer of cctv system and circa 10 years working with Samsung cctv. I am already in a factory out of the city and afraid twin of DVRs are hang after 2-3 hour.I think DVRs firmware need to repair or update. please HELP ME.I am desperate for this soft ware or firmware or YOUR PROPOSE.
