Question About Samsung Dehumidifier DED50LL
why?...

Why does this unit run all day and get a quarter cup of water out of the air? The air cleaner is clean, the fins are clean, it sounds like the compressor will kick on, and this unit is set in a clean carpeted basement. Still damp! Got answers?
