Question About Samsung Air Conditioner AQ18A9(0)RCFD
Samsung heat pump won't defrost...

I have a samsung heatpump UQ18A9[AO]RCD that ices up and won't defrost. Refrigerant is normal. Serviceman can't find a problem with it. Tried to defrost with the air on for 4 hours and it was still half iced up. Could it be the sensor?
