Question About Samsung Air Conditioner AS12AA(AB)MC
Remote control...

The remote control for Model #AS12AA(AB)MC stopped working. I have replaced the batteries and checked the code but cannot get it to work. The air conditioned unit is working. What can I do and how can I get it replaced if necessary?
