AC works fine night & early morn. As temp outside rises to 85+ off cycles progressively get longer & on cycles get shorter. There is never strain, false starts or noises when the compressor starts. Cycles eventually can reach 10 min on/10 min off. As sun sets & outside temp drops, cycle times slowly begin to return to normal. About 2 hrs of dark & mid-low 80s, abnormal cycling stops, AC works/cools house properly until the next afternoon. AC in shade, North window, clean filter & coils.
