I have a RUUDGlas Pacemaker PE40-2 water heater. There is a slow drip which is collecting in a cavity just inside the upper access panel and then leaking down the outside of the tank. Is this cause for concern or is this an indication that the tank is approaching replacement time? It is 20 plus years old now.
