Question About Ruud Water Heater PEH40-2T
I am only getting luke warm water from my faucets ...

I am only getting luke warm water from my faucets even when I turn them to the hottest setting. I have a Ruud model PEH40-2T. Seems like the bottom heating element is burnt out.
