Question About Ruud Water Heater pg40-1
dont see model number/wiring diagram...

please post manual and wiring diagram online...When the hotwater heater is suplied with electricity,outside meter spins like crazy when power is disconnected meter spins at moderate speed,i figure wires must be crossed somewhere either in water heater or electrical panel..
