how to install beater bar belt in a Royal Appliance Mfg. Dirt Devil portable vac. model number 08230. the beater bar and the shaft of the fan that makes the vacuum are at right angles to each other requiring the belt to be twisted before looping it over the shaft. I have twisted it to the right and to the left but the belt keeps jumping off the shaft. what do I do?
