Question About Royal Sovereign Dehumidifier BDH-450
Pump issie...

The pump is constantly turning on and is making a loud rattling noise. No water is coming out of the hose (only bubbles). I am wondwering if there is a sensor that is broken. I know pumps can be loud when it is only blowing air. Anyone have this kind of issue?
