0 unit won't turn on,because a little red icon that looks like a cup keeps flashing??

0 That cup is flashing because the water pan is full. Move the unit to a spot where you can either drain it over the edge of a bathtub or balcony or out on the lawn or sidewalk. The drain plug is located on the back of the unit, on the bottom of the side opposite the air hose. It is a small rubber stopper.
