Despite specific programming, both the heat & a/c settings, 68F heat and 76F cooling, are 'stuck' at 70F for both heat & cooling. This happens during operational hours and after hour.s; system is triggered 24/7. Please advise possible issues. RS6220C 2T. Unit is about 16 months old.
