just install my new thermostat..its reading the wrong room temperature..therefore it will not come on when its suppose to..because the house is registering warmer than it actually is

3 6022's temperature reading is skewed by its own electronics heat near the sensor. It will drive your AC to non-stop and to a much lower temperature. Support, Calibration, QA are none. If owned this product, you have 2 options: (1) preferably return the unit. (2) make it work better by a) remove lower cover to expose thermistor/sensor to direct room temperature. b) use 6022 CAL feature to match its reading to trusted thermometer. I have -2F in my CAL and it seems working better.
