The thermostat was set at 69 degrees F but the reading is showing 67 degrees F but the heater did not kick in yet, but I noticed it kicks in at 66 degrees F, what do I do ? How do I cancel the energy star program, we tried to hold it for 4 seconds but did not work, what is wrong?
