we just moved into a house with this thermostat and we cant work it to save our lives!!!!! HELP! It wont shut off -- it changes temp settings all the time on its own!

1 If you still have problems call tech support at 877.505.2353. It is a programmable thermostat. It is suppose to change temperature by itself. It is likely following the EPA energy saving program... you can change it if you like.
