Question About ritetemp Thermostat 8050C
my heater is nor the fan is coming on when I turn ...

my heater is nor the fan is coming on when I turn on my thermostat. It's a Ritetemp 8050. I replaced the batteries, and reset it as well. It clicks and there is a humming sound but know heat. can you tell me what needs to be done?
