Question About ritetemp Thermostat gpmg8082blrc
keeps changing set tem...

We just bought a house and we cant get the temperature to stay at 62 like we set it. We are able to set it to 62 but when we turn the heater on it goes back up to 70. I cant afford to have my heater on that high! No manual came with it, can you please help
